These recipes are from the Mamone Family ancestry in the providence of Reggio di Calabria. Every year before winter sets in, each village family prepares cheeses, sausages, wines, cream and clear liqueurs and many other consumables for their household.

Once this treasured family recipe is tasted one is swept away, caressed with sweet sounds and tastes …so tempting, one has to experience again and again. This product is as delightfully unique as the Italian people who created the drink.
